Chronicles #21 (December 12, 2021): Huh? Series - We don't know how we should feel looking at this USB extension cord...

Chronicles #22 (December 12, 2021): The Japanese Bloody Caesar - In Japan, it's very hard to find. Sometimes you get lucky... sometimes you get disappointed. Last night, we tried our luck with an alternative version of Clamato... called cRamato juice. A bold interpretation, an unexpected taste... and a great lesson in the mysteries of culinary adaptations.
Chronicles #23 (7 Janvier 2022): Yesterday, Tokyo experienced its first snowstorm in years—a spectacle as chaotic as it was magnificent. On one side, traffic worthy of an urban puzzle, on the other, magical landscapes immortalized in the newspapers this morning. Here are some of our favorite shots, perfect for appreciating winter beauty… without the traffic! Tokyo in the snow is a rare occurrence—and a true moving postcard.
Chronicles #24 (February 3, 2022): “Oni wa soto!” Today, Japan celebrates Setsubun, the holiday that drives away evil spirits and invites good luck for the coming year. The tradition? One person wears a mask of the mythological ogre Oni while dried beans are thrown to purify the house. And to guarantee happiness? You must devour a huge sushi roll called ehōmaki in one gulp—without speaking or stopping. A fun ritual, an ambitious meal… and a year marked by prosperity!
Chronicles #25 (February 21, 2022): Japanese raw vegetables taste even better… because they look like real works of art.
Chronicles #26 (March 27, 2022): In Japan, leaving the theater before the credits have completely finished? Unthinkable. Here, everyone remains seated until the last line of text, in absolute silence, lights off, as a final mark of respect to the film's authors and artists. An elegant gesture... but for children (and let's face it, adults too), it can seem interminable. Let's just say that after a three-hour film, the wait becomes a small challenge in itself!

Chronicles #27 (March 31, 2022): Elevators in Japan - It seems we will no longer need to develop “elevator speech” for our customers.
Chronicles #28 (April 8, 2022): Driving in Japan—adjusting to left-hand traffic is challenging enough… but giving the driver the right directions? Another adventure. Here are two confusing signs we recently encountered. At this point, it almost takes a degree in local signage to navigate without hesitation! The learning continues.
Chronicles #29 (April 17, 2022): In Japan, sundaes aren't just about caramel or chocolate—fries, pogo, tempura shrimp… everything can be found!

Chronicles #30 (May 1, 2022): Lost in translation … simply!
